The certification packet includes various documents and manuals that OTCO publishes in order to be fully transparent and provide you with the information you need to be successful during the certification process. Program Manual
The OTCO Program Manual includes primarily 3 documents: The OTCO Procedures Manual, The OTCO Fee Schedule and the USDA Regulations.  You can download all 3 documents as one pdf here or select to download them individually below.

USDA NOP Regulations
